Important about daylight time savings
If you are in central Europe, the schedule is always showing correct time automatically and you don't need to do anything when daylight savings occur.
If you are in America or Australien, you need to use one link for the winter time and another one for the summer time.

How to see in which time zone you are in:
1. Pleae, look at your watch and see what time it is now.
2. See the displayed UTC time above
3. Subtract your time from UTC time and you will get your UTC time zone.
Example.
If it is 6pm UTC (18:00) and 3pm (15.:00) on your watch, please, substract your time 3pm (15:00) minus UTC time 6pm (18:00) and you get -3.
It means that you are in a time zone UTC -3.
If it is 6pm UTC (18:00) and 10pm (22:00) on your watch, please: substract your time 10pm (22:00) minus UTC time 6pm 18:00)and you get +4.
It means that you are in a time zone UTC +4.
Now you may look up for time zone UTC -3 or UTC +4 below and

This page is created and maintained daily by one single person who put her heart to provide this service for the world in her passion for awakening.
It all started with a tiny project that turned out to be more than a full time job for 3 months. The reality today is that something is happening all the time that needs my attention and work to “fix it”, develop and keep an eye on it. It is a constant daily job for me to keep this page alive.
As you might notice, all I do on this page, whever it is updates in programming or adding new functions, new creations, connections with those who need help of any kind, adding new meditators or awakened, or videos that I create is done purely from my heart.
